A robotics club in Coinfer, Colorado, help a kitten out:
“We ended up with a two-wheeled design with a harness, like a two-wheeled chariot,” said Christian Debrunner, a sponsor for the robotics club at Conifer High School.
Flipper, a long-haired domestic cat, came to the veterinary hospital a few months ago with a spinal injury that left her hind legs partially paralyzed. The vet hospital is a regular donor to the robotics club and approached it about constructing a cart. After a few months and some prototypes, the club had something complete.
Flipper is responding well to the cart, according to the vet.
